Summer BBQ Invite

Having a party? Why not make some of these great invites and send them to your friends? With invites as good of these you bbq can't fail to be a success!

You will need:
How to make the card:
- Cut a folded DL sized cardblank from orange card. Next cut away half of the front-cover on a diagonal before adding a thin line of PVA glue top and bottom to form your invite pocket.
- Die cut the zig-zag decorative strips from gold mirror card to decorate the mouth of the pocket and top edge reserving some for your tag.
- Die cut the letters 'BBQ' from yellow cardstock and attach to your invite pocket. Die cut a yellow sun and fix a piece of pale yellow card to its rear before attaching to the top left of your invite pocket.
- Die cut your glasses & straw from yellow, pale yellow, white, orange and clear vellum, paper and card and assemble as shown, using 3 ice cubes and two straws before attaching with a staicky pad.
- Use a PC to print your bbq invite onto yellow vellum paer. Place the vellum face down onto your dog tags die before die cutting.
- Die cut a large brown dog tag, cut away part of the vellum invite and attach in place onto the brown tag using the gold decorative strip. Place a strip of pale orange card through the hole in your tag, fold in half and fix in place with a staple gun before inserting into the invite pocket. Finally, pop your invites in the post, spark up the Barbie and pray for fine weather!
