Christmas Stocking Ornament

Are you making your own Christmas Decorations? This is such a cute decoration that will add some fun to your Christmas Tree!

  • Various Paper .
  • Scissors
  • Holly Stickers
  • Craft Punch - Teddy Bear, Christmas Tree and Train
  • Ribbon

How to make the ornament: Stocking Ornament

  1. Die-cut the stocking out of two shades of yellow, patterned red, two shades of solid red, and white.
  2. Trim away portions of the stockings and place them over patterned or complimentary shades to create shadows and depth.
  3. Use craft punches to cut Teddy Bears out of two shades of brown and Christmas trees out of patterned green and a Train out of red and orange (improvise here with craft punches you already own).
  4. Trim away portions of the punched shapes and place them over darker or complimentary shades to create shadows and depth.
  5. Arrange and attach the decorated punches behind the top of the yellow stocking.
  6. Place a holly sticker on top of the red stocking.
  7. Cut red and green ribbon and attach with glue or tape behind the stocking to create a hanger.
