Gardening Tools Card

You will need:

• Red card stock with a white core from DCWV range
  
  
• White, square card blank
  
  
• Green card
  
  
• Red and white gingham paper from the DCWV range
  
  
• Sandpaper

How to make the card:

1. Take a white, 12.5cm square card blank and trim away 2.5 cm from the right edge as indicated before matting the inside of the card with a piece of red and white gingham paper.
   
   
2. Take a 1cm strip of red card stock with a white core and PaddlePunch several holes along its length at regular intervals before distressing with the use of sandpaper. Attach a piece of bright green card, equal in width to the reverse with the use of PVA before attaching to the cut edge of your card front.
   
   
3. Emboss a piece of red card measuring 7.7cm x 6cm and matt onto a slightly larger white piece of card and then to another larger piece of bright green card. When dry trim the edges of the green card with a pinking scissors and attach to the front of your card with the use of sticky fixers.
   
   
4. PaddlePunch three white card circular shapes and fix to the base of your card with the use of sticky fixers before embellishing with the word 'Dad' die-cut from green card and stuck on with PVA glue.
   
   
5. To complete your card cut one black and one red card ladybird. Trim and layer as indicated before attaching with sticky fixers.
