Love Card

You will need:

• Doodle dies - Flower Set
  
  
• Sizzlits Alphabet Set - Notepad
  
  
• ellison design Thin Cuts - Butterfly #1
  
  
• Assorted textured cardstock - DCWV


• White, square cardblank


• Pinking edged scissors

How to make the card:

1. Take a white cardblank and lightly sketch a cloud pattern across the top third of the front cover before cutting around it with a craft knife. Use a square of pale blue card as your insert.
2. Cut a wavy strip of green card to attach across the base. Use a hole punch to cut a dozen pale yellow circles before attaching them at random to the green strip.
3. Die cut a 'flower' out of yellow card and back the centre with a piece of white card. Die cut the letters 'L', 'V' & 'E' from deep and pale pink card. Use a pair of pinking scissors to cut up the pale pink letters before attaching half of them to their deep pink counterparts with PVA glue.
4. Attach the letters and your flower to the front of you card and alternating between PVA glue for the L and V and sticky pads for the flower and letter E.
5. Die cut the butterfly from pale green, pale and deep pink card and cut away the wing from the green shape and attach the body to the pale pink shape. Finally, use the hearts from the deep pale pink wing to decorate your butterfly and attach to your card.
