Pink Butterfly Tea Light

Products Used:

You Will Need:

  • Wavy Edge Scissors

  • Small Hole Punch

  • Pink Tissue Paper

  • Silver Craft Metal

  • Silver Craft Wire

  • Small Jam Jar

  • Stapler and Staples

How to Make the Tea Light:

  1. Take a 50cm length of craft wire and wrap it around the jar and then form a loop, securing by twisting the wire together as indicated.

  2. Wrap a piece of pink tissue paper around your jar and trim to allow a 1cm overlap. Mark the paper with a pencil to indicate the height of the jar and then tear before sticking into place with double-sided tape.

  3. Measure a piece of craft metal and trim to fit your jar as indicated using a wavy edge scissors. Lay flat onto a cutting mat and decorate by PaddlePunching Butterflies and Circles along its length. Use a small hole punch to enhance the wavy edge.

  4. Wrap the metal around your jar and staple the ends together. Use the PaddlePunched Butterflies to decorate the wire handle, attaching them with the use of Strong All-purpose Adhesive.
